1. Taking note of the snake's exact location, give us a call. You're also welcome to send a text message to (707) 331-4010, if preferred. 
    

2. We'll respond with a price estimate and get on the road to your location as soon as possible. If the estimate feels prohibitive, we'll work with you - no one is turned away for lack of funds.
    

3. While we're on our way, keep an eye on the snake from a safe distance, if you're able. 
    

4. Upon arrival, we'll assess the situation and remove the snake as carefully as possible. 
    

5. We'll release the snake a safe distance from the capture site - ideally within one mile. 
    

6. We'll send an invoice for the total cost of the removal. At this time, we accept payment by cash, check, or Paypal.
